As writers, we all need a place where we can sit and write. If you’re the type of person who can write while someone else is watching TV, then lucky you. I can’t!

I had my own little den in my last house, but 5 months into our new home it’s either the bed, a hard stool in the kitchen – or the garage. Don’t mock – I’ve chosen the garage. Now come on; use your imagination. When this is finished won’t it become the most inspiring place to write the next best seller? And so I dream on……

I am the ghost writer of 'Thy Will Be Done ... Eventually!' 'Tears in the Dark', and am the author of 'The Shop on Pilgrim Street.' I have also self-published a book called, 'The Diamond in You,' and on a good month you'll find one of my short stories published in a national magazine. My children have now flown the nest, leaving Colin and I to move to the delightful market town of Pickering in North Yorkshire, where long brisk walks in the countryside inevitably end up in village tea-rooms; and thereby hang a few curious tales which must be told. I have had a mixed bag of training from secretarial work to counselling, and spiritual direction. I'm a Christian preacher and story-teller, and I've also worked with deaf children.
